The Employment Store provides 4 primary services for our customers: Contract, Contract2Hire, DirectHire, Payrolling, and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing). 

Contract Staffing: This service is more commonly known as temporary staffing.  We feel the word temporary has a negative connotation that does not accurately capture the types of clients we service.  Our clients use our Contract Staffing Services to assist with staffing business fluctuations, staff shortages, disability coverage, seasonal spikes or new product releases.  However, we address all of these searches to find potential long term additions fits to your company. 

Contract2Hire: This is our most popular or most commonly used service offering.  Under this service clients have the luxury of full recruiting and screening.  However, in this service we provide the potential permanent hire to our client on a temporary "Contract" period generally between 3 and 4 months.  During this period the employee can be further evaluated, our fees are amortized and your firm is also shielded from significant employment liabilities.  The benefits to this service offering are truly amazing.  We believe that almost all hiring should be conducted using the Contract2Hire Method.

DirectHire: In some cases Contract2Hire is not an option.  Some reasons why Contract2Hire would not be an option: the candidate pool that we are trying to attract simply will not consider Contract2Hire or there are regulatory or liability reasons why DirectHire is the only possible mechanism for hiring these new employees.  In these cases our team completes all points of our Five Point Plan and then our clients "directly" hire the recruits. 

Payrolling: Many of our clients are faced with the need to hire staff either for long term needs or season fluctuations but they have already identified the staffers that they would like to hire.  While they know who they would like to hire, either the logistics of the hiring process or for other strategic business reasons they would prefer to have these worker remain as contractors.  Because we haven't incurred the cost or time to identify these candidates we offer these employees back to the identifying company at reduced rates.  This type of rate discount is known as Payrolling.

RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing): Clients have a variety of needs and one of the hottest new topics in our industry is RPO.  RPO can mean different things to different clients.  In general, our RPO solutions are custom tailored to the needs of larger employers.  We have the ability to provide sourcing, screening, or testing on an ala carte basis.  We will work with your team to determine what package of services is best suited to assist your in-house staff meet their recruitment goals.
